The Ladies’ Ski Club (LSC) Awards

LSC provides awards to young deserving British competitors in snow sports; awards are made across all disciplines including alpine, ski cross, telemark, snowboarding, freestyle, aerials and para snow sports.  The awards are made from either the Club’s general funds or other specific funds, including the Penny Mabey Fund. The Penny Mabey Fund was established in 1990 to support up and coming young British female competitors who wish to fulfil their dream to compete in the British Olympic team and who show exceptional commitment and drive to become international snow sports competitors.

Individuals must submit an application to the LSC for consideration by the Board.

Awards are generally for sums of between £150 and £2,000, but this can be varied at the Board’s discretion.
