On 4 August 2022 GB Snowsport announced that the British Alpine athletes will have their World Class Programme funding withdrawn by UK Sport. This is a huge blow to the athletes, coaches and technical staff who have shown enormous dedication in their efforts to grow Britain’s standing in Alpine Skiing, particularly after the squad delivered their best ever results last season.
